MY FLOOR a Hit at DOMOTEX 2014

Successful Presentation of the 2014 | 2015 MY-FLOOR Laminate Flooring Collection

Until recently the 2014 | 2015 MY-FLOOR laminate flooring collection was top secret. But the cat was let out of the bag at the DOMOTEX floor coverings fair in Hanover: Lodge, Cottage, Chalet, Villa and Residence are its five lines, featuring a total of 53 new, attractive wood decors.

The motto of Hall 9 was “Inspired by Nature.” And because not even pros can readily tell the new decors, with their intricate grain and perfectly embossed surface structures, apart from natural wood, that was the logical place to exhibit MY-FLOOR.

The 2014 | 2015 MY-FLOOR collection is characterised by sophisticated designs and authentic wood looks. Every one of its series is permeated with a certain living atmosphere, which the decors inject in to the room’s decorating style. Each was also accompanied at DOMOTEX by a different scent in order to underscore its theme and highlight it.

The Lodge line comprises 23 decors making it extremely versatile: it includes something appropriate for any setting. Cottage goes excellently with the trendy country house style. Its embossed grain and matt surface sheen create a comfortable room atmosphere. Those who prefer it rustic will like the Chalet line. Its strong, authentic-appearing wood themes score extra points by being extremely hardwearing. Villa tends more in the classical, timeless direction. Its decors lend elegance and a whiff of glamour to any room. Residence, for its part, can instil urbane nobility or a relaxed loft character. The extra-long panels are also made to hold up under even the heaviest loads.

We are very pleased by the collection’s excellent reception. It generated enthusiastic interest on the part of visitors to the fair.

DOMOTEX 2014, which lasted from the 11th to the 14th of 2014, attracted about 45,000 visitors from more than 80 countries to Hanover. The world’s foremost trade fair for carpets and other floor coverings, it was a great opportunity for them to learn about new products and the trends for the upcoming season. Nor were they disappointed, as the industry impressively demonstrated its abilities and innovativeness.
